Using Fresh Herbs in Food

If you weren’t there, you missed out on some fabulous herbal demonstrations on how to use dried and fresh herbs in food and drinks. We made tea, pesto, and sorbet! Here are the recipes for your enjoyment. Please remember that Dr. Melissa doesn’t always follow recipes, so the measurements might not be exact… you saw her just dump the ingredients into the blender. Also, if you’re making Pesto, it works better in a food processor!
